By creating an account or using ContentBot ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

ContentBot is an AI-powered content generation tool that creates social media posts based on your brand voice profile. The Service is operated by SmartOwner HQ, a sole proprietorship based in India.

2. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per person — you may not share accounts
• You must be 18 or older to use the Service

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Spam, misleading advertising, or phishing material
• Hateful, harassing, or harmful to any individual or group
• In violation of any third party's intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

4. Generated Content

You own the content generated by the Service using your brand voice profile. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated posts. You are solely responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. We recommend reviewing all posts before publishing.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• Post limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month
• Unused posts do not roll over to the next month
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• No refunds are issued for partial months after a billing cycle begins
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, AI service interruptions, or data loss. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartOwner HQ's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@smartownerhq.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
